Returns

Any defective merchandise will be refunded or exchanged if returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns other than defective or incorrect merchandise will be awarded store credit only. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. We will only refund shipping charges if the item was defective or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Repairs

Any repairs on beaded items will be charged according to material needed for that repair. Please refer to the contact menu to contact us about such repairs.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as the merchandise has not been shipped.
